Service Description
A 90-minute working intensive for higher-education, nonprofit, and mission-driven leaders developing a program, initiative, grant concept, or strategic proposal. We will pressure-test the idea, strengthen alignment among need, strategy, outcomes, and institutional priorities, and identify the story and structure that make the concept compelling. You leave with strategic direction, prioritized next steps, and a stronger foundation for proposal or program development. This is high-level strategy and developmental guidance—not grant writing or ghostwriting.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Consultations should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive confirmation and session details after booking. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a paid consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Missed sessions are forfeited. Sessions end at the scheduled time so that other commitments can be honored. Confidentiality Consultations are confidential. Information or materials you share will not be disclosed without your permission except as required by law.
